Interesting evening. I was going to help Roy out by cutting the grass while he was working on a wood project. We have two ridding lawnmowers, a granny one that I like and a super dooper hot rod that Roy likes. Mine had a broke belt so I hoped on his. We have had a lot of rain lately...a lot. And, thanks to Alabama Lawns who fertilized this week the grass was very high. I start mowing and am okay until I get next to Roys workshop. I was stuck. No big deal, Roy got the four wheeler and pulled me out. So then it is getting dark and I am trying to get alot done before losing light and being down by the pond where Mr "No shoulders" may be lerking. So I get close to the pond (closer you cut the less weed eating around the pond). As I hit the edge of the pond, the ground under me is giving way, and the slippery grass just pulled me in, so I am sitting sideways partly in the pond. I was at an angle and had to climb out. Roy brought the 4 wheeler down. I am driving the 4 wheeler and he is on the lawnmower, and ended up even further in the pond, which was even a steeper climb so he is slipping and slidding. So then we had to go get the truck and thank God for the wench on the front of that thing. Not sure I will get to drive the super dooper one any more....that may be a good thing...LOL
