Interesting reading: We know Hobby Lobby is getting arugued today in the SCOTUS, but did we know about Halbig v Sebelius? Did I miss this on the MSM?? The central question in Halbig is whether the PPACA authorizes the issuance of tax credits and cost-sharing subsidies for the purchase of qualifying health insurance in exchanges established by the federal government. Halbig does not ask the courts to strike down any part of the law. It merely asks the court to force the administration to implement the law as Congress intended, a prospect that absolutely terrifies Obamacare supporters.
