Interesting set of experiences this past week leading to tomorrows - TopicsExpress

Interesting set of experiences this past week leading to tomorrows official retirement from work created by someone else otherwise known as the day job. First of all I want to share that I never had the chutzpah to answer the common initial social connection inquiry of So....what do you do? with the appropriate but potentially flippant and honest answer When? Because the bulk of my income was generated from what I refer to as not doing Gods work it is very exciting to know that I will be investing much of those resources in bringing music (something more closely aligned with God or whatever you deem to be the source of your magic and serendipity in the universe) full time all the time to my community, however that defines itself. I cant begin to describe the feeling of a final chapter birth of sorts that I never anticipated being a part of this journey and feel grateful for all those around me who have supported and reinforced the path Im on otherwise known as work/play created by moi (and you). As for the interesting experiences; 1. My boat melted in a warehouse fire last week. It was a quick little center console fishing boat (I dont fish) that I enjoyed driving at full speed at night in the moonlight of Lake George. Ill be in the market to return to that experience. 2. No more than 25 minutes after learning of the previous episode, I was driving to Burlington on 89, smelled rubber/metal and then heard a loud thud to my right rear quarter panel only to then follow the path of the wheel that had separated itself from the car alongside of me (sparks flying from the axel that had been abandoned) as it traveled behind me to the left and into the median. A quick check of my car after pulling onto the right shoulder revealed no damage. I considered returning home and getting under the covers for no less than 5 days after these two occurrences. It was evident I could be a threat to society....but then it felt that my bad luck had been exhausted for the day and my immediate neighbors were safe from harm or serendipity with a potential negative outcome. No further threats have revealed themselves.....yet. If anyone reads this in its entirety, Ill be surprised but with time a little more on my side now there is the rather nonlethal threat of being verbose to deal with. I apologize in advance.
