Interesting thought experiment: How should an auto driving car react if its faced with two inevitable choices 1) kill a child who jumps in front of your car in a tunnel or 2) swerve and slam into the wall killing you. Then to take things further, who is in charge of programming the car to do it? i.e. should it be an option the driver selects ahead of time in a menu, should the car manufacture decide, government, etc...
