Repost: I posted this yesterday (before work) And before I got to work there was a young guy waiting to rob me at KFC. That didnt happen, Ill just leave it at that. Then I got to work with my staff and because wed been so short staffed and so stressed, we started praying before work. So we prayed. Then I checked my email where a suspension pending possible termination was waiting for me. It was for something that happened and I wasnt even in the country at the time, I was on vacation and because others didnt do what they were supposed to do and I missed reading an email, I got caught in some mess. Anyway, I work hard. Im passionate about the work that I do. I motivate people. Im a fixer. The drama I walked into knocked the wind out of me and my staff whom Ive come to love as my second family. Anyway, one of my staff members resigned yesterday. Shes a woman of Faith. When she got the news of my possibly being forced out she smiled. I was like okay, whats with you? She said Im better than the job, God has something better for me and she feels that Ive had so many opportunities to walk away and I didnt that now God is moving me out of that place. She was happy for me. I didnt understand until I re-watched this Jakes clip. Respectfully I have to unfriend some folks from my job. Many I will keep. But where I was stressed yesterday, my faith is renewed today. LETS GET IT!
