Internal Trade Ministry denies Media reports on wheat shortage Oct 23, 2013 #Damascus, (#SANA) – The Ministry of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection dismissed as baseless the media reports which alleged the bakeries of Qudsyyeh and al-Hamah in Damascus Countryside suffer a shortage in wheat. Assistant Minister of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection, Mahmoud al-Mubayyed, told SANA on Wednesday that these reports are null and void, adding that these bakeries have wheat that is enough for them to work for days.
