International Criminal Court (ICC) Chief Prosecutor, Fatou Bensouda, on Friday announced that she will soon issue warrant of arrests to 4 Kenyans, who have directly or indirectly participated in the downfall of crimes against humanity charges facing President Uhuru Kenyatta at The Hague Addressing a small Press Conference after she admitted to the ICC judges that she has no evidence to prosecute Uhuru Kenyatta, Bensouda, who was almost in tears said she will issue arrest warrants to KTN journalist, Jeff Koinange, Blogger Bosire Bogonko, Uganda Human rights crusader, David Matsanga and Dennis Itumbi. Bensouda said the four individuals have participated immensely to the downfall of Uhuru’s case by interfering with witnesses, exposing evidence and even tarnishing the name of ICC by calling the court a Kangaroo court. She said Matsanga in particular has been travelling all over the world looking for ICC witnesses in Uhuru’s case and then expose them to the media and this is one reason many witness have refused to testify. “I will ensure the four rot in jail for obstructing justice in case facing Uhuru Kenyatta,” Bensouda said as she wiped tears in her cheeks.
