Internee Responsibilities: Zepcom is offering a lifetime learning experience to young professionals who are either searching internships as their Summer Jobs or for individuals who are coming to the professional world after completing their Bachelor’s studies. The position will allow internees to explore all aspects of HR operations, management, and general practices within the domain. It will also expose the resource on complete process creation, management, and implementation phase. The main responsibilities include: - Maintenance of daily tasks within the domain of HR - Daily Reporting, Documentation Management, and Record Maintenance - Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures - Scheduling and conducting selection interviews and tests - Respond to staff/management enquiries within timely manner Who should Apply: We are looking for individuals who wish to continue their career path in HR. - Final Year students are encouraged to apply as this will be a great learning experience. - Fresh Graduates may also apply - Have excellent command on communication skills - Have presentable and pleasant personality Timing: This is our secondary shift position. The office timings will be from 05:00 PM to 02:00 AM.
