Description: The Quality Assurance department overviews all production teams to investigate complaints or issues detected, manages positive feedback, and also makes sure internal procedures are being followed. Therefore, an intern in this department will be trained in different fronts: QA procedures, Production procedures and Vendor Management procedures. An internship in this department will bring the opportunity of having a global perspective on how an international company deals with Quality and ensures consistency of the translation work provided to its clients. Duties and Responsibilities: - tracking of ISO feedback forms; - investigation of feedback forms, including training on production internal procedures; - notification and processing of positive feedback forms; - update of quality records for external vendors; - preparation of reports - analysis of employee performance related to feedback forms received. Requirements: The right candidate should be able to sign an internship agreement with the University s/he is enrolled in, and should posses: - excellent written and verbal English communication skills; other languages would be an asset; - excellent problem solving and analytical skills; - strong interpersonal skills; - effective time management skills; - some linguistic / translation background; - good communication skills; - proactive, can-do attitude.
