ServiceNow is currently seeking a Curriculum Developer Intern who will focus on assisting our Director and Senior Curriculum Developers in creating and updating our technical training curriculum. Responsibilities · Assist in developing technical course content across multiple products. · Assist in managing pre-release documentation and course content around highly technical products including software and hardware and ensure up-to-date knowledge throughout each release phase. · Shadow Senior Curriculum Developers to learn how to coordinate technical training projects, provide consultative services, and liaison with cross-functional teams, key stakeholders, and subject matter experts to develop course specifications and gather course content. What We Require · High level of flexibility, creativity, and dependability. · Good working knowledge of MS Office applications including: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. · Familiar with learning technologies such as Captivate, Articulate, design tools, LMS and web conferencing applications preferred. · Previous instructional design experience preferred but not required. · Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS or JavaScript) and experience with any programming/scripting language preferred but not required.
