Interstellar: Earths resources are fast getting depleted, major - TopicsExpress

Interstellar: Earths resources are fast getting depleted, major climatic changes like blinding dust storms happening and only crop that is growing is corn..so mankinds best chance?Find another planet or perish..Cooper(Matthew McConaughy) somehow stumbles upon NASAs secret base based on some weird markings found in his daughters bedroom and he being an ex pilot is inducted into a mission to search for sustainable life in other galaxy by travelling through a wormhole.. Nolan takes heavy influences from Kubricks 2001 Odyssey here but makes this story his own and mind boggles the audience with theory of dimensions, relativity and time. There are black holes, event horizons and dimensions within dimensions. If Gravitys visuals stunned you, Interstellar would leave you breathless as you are hurtling through space, galaxies and bending time.McConaughy puts in a stellar performace, Anne Hathaway does a decent supporting job but to me the real stand outs were the TARS and CASE(Robots with a dry sense of humour and trust factor issues). This 3 hour film is surely going to leave you with a lot of questions and somehow I feel thats what Nolan likes it to leave it at that..For me, its definitely a watch(despite the heaviness of the topic)..
