Introducing two new African coffees... Thanks to your feedback, we are adding two new coffees to our line-up. Congolese From the SOPACDI coffee cooperative, the first Fair Trade Certified entity in the Democratic Republic of Congo that works with farmers affected by the region’s constant struggles. This coffee is grown in the mountains surrounding Lake Kivu in the Eastern region of the Democratic Republic. A high-quality coffee that boasts a dominant chocolate fruity flavor that is protected in this light French roast offering. It carries a creamy full-body and medium acidity. Learn more about SOPACDI at sopacdi/ Rwandan Grown, harvested and milled at the Dukunde Kawa cooperative (aka Musasa) in central Rwanda. This complex coffee has a floral and vegetable sweet aroma that is reminiscent of tomatoes. It has flavor notes of citrus fruit and mango with a subtle spiciness of black pepper and sweetness of honey. This coffee carries a full, creamy body and bright, complex acidity.
