Investigations are continuing after a fire at a primary school in Goulburn today (Thursday 17 April 2014). About 2am, emergency services were called to the school on Combermere Street after reports of a fire. On arrival emergency services found the school hall was well alight. Firefighters from Goulburn, Crookwell and St Andrews attended to fight the blaze which was contained to the one building. The cause of fire is yet to be determined. There have been no reports of injury Once the building has been deemed safe, police forensic personnel along with investigators from Fire & Rescue NSW will begin work to determine the cause. Police are urging anyone with information about this incident to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or use the Crime Stoppers online reporting page: https://www1.police.nsw.gov.au/.
