Please note that the application deadline is 12:00 noon WIB, Friday September 6th, 2013. All application documents must to be sent either by attaching the application documents to an email, or by postal mail to the following contact person by the deadline. In case of using the postal mail, a postal mark dated no later than September 6th, 2013 is required. Female applicants are encouraged to apply. *A reply email will be sent back to you within 2 working days after your email with application documents is sent to the YMI Secretariat at the Japan Foundation, Jakarta. In case you do not receive the reply email within 2 working days, please contact the contact person bellow and double-check if your application documents have reached to YMI Secretariat. *YMI Secretariat recommends all applicants to prepare the application documents well ahead of time, so that at least 2 or 3 days before the deadline, so that applicants can avoid any risk of sudden computer/internet crash.
