Iolas Most Unusual Pie Shaped Edifice-a feature of our city not to be overlooked!!! When we came to town in 1969 we were still in our early twenties and adventurously creative and penniless. We spotted this amazing pie shaped structure sitting very close and exactly parallel to railroad tracks in the northeast part of town. As kids, we could imagine a far out pizza parlor in the remarkable building. It was obviously an important facility in its day for storing, loading and unloading shipments of goods in and out of railroad cars. I think someone out there has information about who worked there and some knowledge or hearsay about its history which some of us may find interesting. Please do give it a good story! We are not penniless today and I am retired but might consider putting my wife in here with perhaps a pie shop. Perhaps she might like to call it Cece Reens Pie Machine. Then again, perhaps not! :-) Besides, with all the business we could run onto a parking problem and I sure dont want to get into that parking lot state of mind. BRAD OLIPHANT, HISTORIAN, HAS RESEARCED THIS BUILDING AND HAS THE FACTS!-CHECK OUT THIS BUILDINGS HISTORY DATING BACK NEARLY 100 YEARS! :-) -Steve Orcutt
