Iowa State University - TV Commercials On Camera Extras Needed Applied Art & Technology, a leading Iowa Television production company, is offering an exciting opportunity for Iowa State University Students to be part of two new ISU TV commercials that are being produced. We’re looking for 50-60 extras of various ethnicities for the commercials that will be videotaped on Sept. 24, 25 & 26 during the day and early evening. Each person selected will only be needed for 2-3 hours on one of the three days as a non-speaking background extra. You will have the opportunity to work with a Los Angeles based Director and a professional video production crew. We are also looking for women who can play volleyball, including spiking, setting up and serving the ball. All candidates need to be ISU students between the ages of 18 and 26. This is a non-union, 2-year buyout job for a National 30-second commercial for all TV and web rights. We will pay each person selected $20 for their time. Auditions will be held on Monday September 23rd, 2013, at 5:00pm in Room 2140 in Pearson Hall. We will interview each person briefly, take your picture, collect your contact information and availability for which days you could attend the shoot.
