Irish Stout Stroganoff Submitted by Rosemary (MN) HQ Resident Chef Ingredients 1 lb. ground beef, ground turkey or cubed roast 1/2 cup Irish Stout™ Slow Cooker Sauce 1 cup sour cream 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 (4.5 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms Egg noodles or rice, prepared Directions Brown meat and drain. Add next 4 ingredients; simmer 15 minutes. Serve over hot egg noodles or rice. Makes 6 servings. Variation: Heat all ingredients except for noodles or rice in slow cooker for 4-6 hours. Prepare noodles when ready to serve.
