Ironically, cutting out paper wont save any trees. Its the fact they can be used for paper thats keeping them alive. If we stop using paper, the paper companies will go broke and theyll sell the land that the trees are on to developers who will cut down the trees to build on the land. But if we keep manufacturing paper, those trees can be maintained at a sustainability level and be replenished with new trees. Also people arent considering that computers use electricity which means burning fossil fuels.
