Ironically, the wealthiest political entity in the world(the European Union) does not have the muscle to deal with crime from one of the poorest regions in the world and is seeking Americas help. America, on the other hand, has no experience dealing with organized crime like Europe does. North America is damn lucky for imposing such strict visa regimes for my region and for being isolated by the Atlantic Ocean from these people in the first place. Any logically oriented person born and living in North America who has never left North AMerica would argue that Europe must be too divided internally to effectively battle this threat, as how bad could people be from a region that cant afford to give them a good enough education or life in the first place? What do they know, the 3rd world scum, right? But...thats not the case. In reality, people there have to survive which means the thinking part of their brains is more advanced than in rich Western societies, the instinct and fight or flight responses are sharper and quicker reacting, and are culturally freer to do bad things than people in the West. If you dont believe me, just ask them. Europe knows. :)
