Irrespective of what happens to the bail plea on Tuesday the Karnataka Government must transfer the custody of Amma to the Tamil Nadu Government. Am told this is perfectly legal and possible based on a request from the Karnataka Government. Once this is done and she is shifted to TN the tensions will reduce to more manageable levels as the bail plea and the appeal are heard. Am told this is being considered.
