Irritating experience with TPMO enforcers of Pasig, City: I - TopicsExpress

Irritating experience with TPMO enforcers of Pasig, City: I own a new motorbike na 3 months old. For Registration ang plate pero may OR CR na ako from the dealer and just waiting for the plate. Along C5 i was asked by an officer to stop, so I did with full confidence na wala naman akong violation and even gave the enforcer a smile and nag greet pa ako ng good afternoon with enthusiasm. He then checked on my OR CR then asked me kung nasaan daw ang permit to travel from LTO....o_O? I was shocked and told him that I was not given one and the dealer just gave me the copy of the OR cr. Sabi ko pa nga if it is registered I no longer need a permit kase nung wala pa nga rehistro, eh papel lang ng dealer ang meron tayo and nothing from LTO and but now na may OR CR na, it means na its is registered under my name and yung date of registration is obvious na in process na yung plate. He was insisting na I should have one(permit to travel shit). I red an article from LTO na ang policy is no plate no travel...for registered with old plates but not for registered and in process palang ang plate dahil di natin kasalanan kung for registration tayo at di sila makapag produce ng plaka. But still, i tried to be nice and just told him Im sorry and I will check how to get one. He then asked me ano ang trabaho ko. I did not answer and was shocked because the last time na I honestly violated a traffic rule, i was asked the same exact question by another TPMO enforcer ng pasig (did not ask me to pay him but nagpapakita ng motibo na bayaran ko nalang). He then explained how much I will need to pay pagtubos ng license dahil wala akong permit to to travel and saying na matagal daw. Hes even telling me how much I need to pay.over and over and over again same shit as the first officer na na encounter ko... But again, I explained na hindi sha violation dahil may papel akong dala. He then told me na may isa pa akong violation...wala daw ako sa tamang lane at wala daw ako sa motorcycle lane. FYI, sa IPI lang may motorcycle lane and after ng Tiende. Wala na. And then he said....nasa private lane ka sir. Ehto na, na pa Cesar Montano mode na ako. Point is, nung nag nagpaliwanag ako sa no permit to travel shit nya, dinagdagan ang kaso ko daw kuno. sinabihan ko na hindi pampasahero ang dala ko, nasa private lane ako at wala sa truck lane and if I need to go to the right side don talaga ako papasok.. walang ding motorcycle lane so di ko alam kung saan yung motorcycle lane na sinasabi nya, may rehistro ako kahit walang plaka, may lisensya. He then told me the price that I need to pay for another violation kuno. (6k in approximate kuno). The suddenly asked me kung ano gagawin namin at tinatanong ako kung ticketan na daw ba nya ako at nagtanong kung magkano daw ang kaya kong violation para ayun nalang. May sinabi sha na violation na worth 500, then sinabi na abala sakin. Nag Robin Padilla mode na ako and became argumentative. Point is....kung ano ang violation, ayun dapat...di na dapat tinatanong ang driver kung titicketan kung may mali talaga, di dapat sinasabi ang price ng babayaran because its not part of their responsibility, they dont need to know whats our profession dahil hindi part yun ng job description nila, may paninindigan dapat sila and di dapat nakikipagtawaran sa driver at yung motorcycle lane nila....bat pwede ang car? Dapat may car lane din. Lecheflan!!! Honestly, they are not traffic enforcers but money collectors. I have no respect to those blue boys. Parang tingin sa mga nag mamaneho, perang padating. They dont deserve the uniform.
