Is This True or False? U.N. Treaty Signed by United States Keeping Marijuana Illegal The United States signed a treaty in the U.N. in 1977. The treaty was to keep all narcotics illegal. In this treaty was stated heroin, coke, others and weed. This has never been amended, if the united states was to legalize weed for the whole country then we would be breaking a U.N. treaty. Amsterdam was force to keep people who are not from there out of the weed shops and they can not sell to tourist. Marijuana will never be truly legal. They want people DRUNK and VIOLENT, not mellow and happy :( by FH
