While there are a few extra steps because you are linking a sale and a purchase, it should be a seamless transaction when working with an experienced Qualified Intermediary who will guide you through the process. The most difficult part is the timing and if you start looking for your new property as soon as you get the old one under Agreement, you should be just fine.
