Is anyone else having problems with Ola app? I have some Ola money in the new wallet they launched recently. I use cabs frequently so I recharged with a good sum when they gave 100% cash back this diwali. Now since the past few days they started this campaign where customers get 50% discount if the booking is done through the app and is paid via ola money. Now I understand that it would mean 50% + 50% discount for me. I wouldnt mind if they just put a clause saying this offer cannot be clubbed with other discount. Or I am not eligible for this offer. Acceptable. But instead, I have been logged out of the app since this campaign started. Login attempts fail (You have been logged out for security reasons.) There is no response from Ola support regarding what the problem is, their replies are delayed by almost a week. I think they hope to restore access once the campaign is done.
