Is it bad that I think the phrase Body Shaming is thrown around too much? Is it body shaming when I talk about how great losing weight makes me feel and how I try to improve myself by lifting weights? I dont think that just because someone takes pride in theyre body doesnt mean that theyre out to make other people feel bad. I also dont think that movies or the media are body shaming because of who they choose to cast in films and TV shows. No one should be made fun of because the way they look but I also dont think we as people should be overly sensitive to everything.
