The absolutely fantastic and wonderful! We decided to drop Suddenlink as our cable provider because of the recent removal of channels from their lineup. We decided to go with DirecTV. We talked with someone two days ago, she set us up with installation today (Friday). When the technician arrived the work order couldnt have been any more wrong. So we were advised to put our install on hold and talk to someone at DirecTV to get things sorted. DirecTV did a great job at taking care of us on our programming, and billing end. But were getting the run around for the installation. Long story longer.. We contacted Moon Mericle whos husband is an Installer. He helped push our installation through, and is personally coming out on his day off to get us hooked up!! What a wonderful act of kindness on his and his wifes part!! We cant thank you enough!! So if anyone is thinking about cutting the cable, and moving over to DirecTV because of Suddenlinks horrible programming, and high prices I urge you to contact them!
