Is it just me ???. I have never understood why the clocks going backwards or forwards can make such a difference to peoples lives. OK..there is one night when you lose just one hour, then the next night you go to bed at your usual time, get up at normal time, surely this means you have had the same time asleep as you always have..I know I am in the minority as it does seem to affect a lot of people, I have just never been able to understand why...
