Is it that the Union Trust Bank Manager Kambia Branch wants to unseat the Chief Executive Officer of the Bank in Sierra Leone, Mr. Sanfa Koroma? It has become a usual habit for the Manager, Kekuda Mansaray to treat his customers with absolute disrespect by not giving them service until 10:00 or 10:30am daily. The Union Trust Bank is owned by a very respectful and patriotic Sierra Leonean by the name of Mr. Sanfa Koroma but most of the times, those good leaders are employing very bad people whom they most of the times rely on as their foot soldiers but not measuring to the task. This morning I went to open a current account with the Union Trust Bank for my organization, Coalition of Print and Electronic Journalists Sierra Leone CoPEJ-SL, I went to the Bank at exactly 9:00am and spent over 1hr 30mins awaiting the arrival of the Bank Manager, Kekuda Mansaray. I waited to an extent, I fed-up and left to go there again by 1:00pm. If Kambia was haven two or more Banks, the UTB would have lose a customer all in the interest of the Manager, Kekuda Mansaray. The people of Kambia doing business with the UTB are going through hell but coping because it is the only bank in the district. Can somebody think of getting the people of Kambia District a second, third or fourth bank that will subject the Union Trust Bank into a competition? Kekuda Mansaray is becoming very powerful than his CEO, Mr. Sanfa Koroma. I have a lot to let you know regarding the activities of the Union Trust Bank but will reserve them to see if Kekuda Mansaray will develop wings before the end of the day.
