Is listening to, this track was on one of the first music samplers, I think CMJ or something that sent out promising tracks by CD like once a month. At the time I was super poor college student, making my wage stocking the toiletpaper and laundry detergent at Walmart, and outside of TV (MTV used to play music vids!) was the only place I got new music, and some became quite meaningful.. PWEI wasnt one of them, but the song still sticks in my head.
