Is there a rescue group in the Mineola/Lindale area? On my way to town this morning, there were 2 dogs... only one on my way home... Looks like a Doberman/ Rotti mix. Black with brown markings... and would be gorgeous with about 20-25 pounds added to him.. Boney! He was lying in the road in the shade as I passed and he just followed me with his eyes.... so sad! I have 2 dogs and 2 cats and CANNOT pick him up.. He will, within a day or two, be coyote or cat food.
