Is this cop a liar? Thats what the Davis County prosecutor Troy Rawlings, shown below, wants to know. His office has been handing out questionnaires to officers who may be asked to testify in cases to determine if theyve ever been accused of lying or been shown to mislead. In the wake of problems in the West Valley City Police Department, prosecutors are being even more careful. The U.S. department of Justice has been using these kinds of questionnaire for years, and Salt lake County has used them in the past as well.
