Is your New Years Resolution all about Weight Loss this year? I suggest working with (and not against) next weeks Full Moon. Instead of cutting out the Bad Stuff abruptly on January 1st, why not concentrate simply on eating MORE of the Good Stuff from January 1st through the 4th (or 5th, depending on your time zone)? You may notice that the more fresh fruits, vegetables, lean proteins and clean water you consume, the less room you have left over for the foods on your naughty list. After four or five days of good, healthy eating, your body might be more willing to cooperate with an actual diet :) Good luck and let us know how you do!
