(Normally free for charity events) Step 2 Apply for your free whitening kits. (From Philips Zoom, Enlighten or Optident) Step 3 Assess patient suitability and take impressions. (Send to Luke Barnett or Ken Poland Dental Laboratories quoting BACD Charity on the lab docket) Step 4 Take a minimum payment of £150 for charity whitening (Patient will make the full payment via the Just Giving web site with the help of your reception team.)
