Isa 53:4 “Surely he hath nasa/borne our griefs (Literal: infirmities), and cabal/carried our sorrows, (Literal sicknesses): yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.” • Jesus carried our griefs, infirmities, sorrows, miseries, fears and sicknesses totally, so there is nothing ever needed to carry them by anyone. They were and are still borne in full. He suffered fully for and in them. There is not one thing left to be done. All of these things are now illegal on the earth. Jesus paid for them, there is no debt, and the devil has no legal right to inflict anyone with these as Jesus was already afflicted with them. You cannot give the devil authority as Jesus has all authority, so when the devil comes, it is as a thief and rebel and never directly from God. And the whole time we all thought Jesus was a failure, and that God had forsaken Him. Little did we realize just how close to God Jesus was on the cross, even though separated with our sin.
