Isaiah 51 talks about Everlasting Salvation For Zion. What catches my attention is verse 5... My righteousness draws near speedily, my salvation is on the way, and my arm will bring justice to the nations. The islands will look to me and wait in hope for my arm..... Every time I see the LORDS arm referenced in the bible my mind goes back to Numbers 11. Moses questions Gods ability to provide meat for the grumbling Israelites, verses 21-23 And Moses said, The people whom I am among are six hundred thousand men on foot; yet You have said, I will give them meat, that they may eat for a whole month. Shall flocks and herds be slaughtered for them, to provide enough for them? Or shall all the fish of the sea be gathered together for them, to provide enough for them? And the Lord said to Moses, Has the Lords arm been shortened? Now you shall see whether what I say will happen to you or not.**** No the LORDS arm was not too short he brought them quail 3 feet deep and while the meat was still between their teeth HE brought a plague on them.*****It makes me think of this song we sang in the choir many years ago... youtu.be/Rb9iH0uUaXw
