Ish just scared me to death. We are back from an emergency run to the vet. Had the fill in vet. He is very old, and does not have many teeth left. He walked past me, and acted like he was going to vomit. He is not prone to that but it happens. He then started seizing and rolled all the way over. I thought he had died. I got him back up saw there was a piece of undigested dry food and called the vet. They took us right away. He has some chest congestion, so he will be monitored for aspiration pneumonia. Also a full blood panel due to past elevated liver enzymes. He has been in such a joyful mood lately. Did not even bark or try to bite Rich this morning. I also did the canine Heimlich maneuver on him. I think he had already cleared that one piece of food. Will soften his food till I can find a canned I like. Any suggestions for one easy on the liver?
