Had the doctor gave him a needle to numb the teeth, will that have an impact on the fast? ANSWER: What mentioned in the question has no impact on the validity of fasting, but he was being overlooked and it is necessary for him to caution himself from swallowing everything from medicine or blood, and so the needle mentioned has no effect on the validity of fasting; being not in the sense of eating and drinking, and the source of validity of fasting and is his safety. ~~¤> فتاوى علماء البلد الحرام
