Ismael Fadel and the Music Pearls from the Middle East Camelot Lounge, Marrickville, 10 August 2014 $35 | 6.30 pm, show 7.30 pm Ismael Fadel and the Music Pearls from the Middle East are making their debut at the Camelot Lounge on Sunday, 10 August 2014. It is a very exciting event as very rarely non-Arab audiences in Sydney have the chance and to take part in such a unique performance and to hear such an outstanding voice. Since his migration from Iraq to Australia in 2005 Ismael Fadel has worked hard to setup a unique musical ensemble that includes talented Arabic musicians. He has also established himself as a singer of classical and folkloric Arabic songs and has held several concerts in Sydney and other Australian states as well as in New Zealand, the Middle East (Dubai and Amman) and Europe (London, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Vienna, and Brussels). He was also the first Iraqi singer to be invited to sing in Israel and has just returned from a successful tour of the Middle East and the UK.
