Isnt it great to see the blue skies today? Make the most of this opportunity to get your house in order, as it were. Attack those gutters, clean those drains, fix the flashing that youve been meaning to get to for ages, dig out those spare roof tiles from the shed and replace the cracked ones on the roof. Just make sure you have someone to hold your ladder to keep you safe! We have only a slight chance of reasonably light rain today, but the heavier stuff is forecast to return on Monday and Tuesday, with up to 20mls possible both days. While Bendigo SES will certainly be available to assist those days, all our members are volunteers, and not all of us are able to take time away from our jobs easily. This means that we are likely to have fewer members available to respond to you during the week. The more you can do now to prepare your home or your business, the lesser the impact of the forecast rain.
