Isnt sacking a young intern too harsh a punishment? In my view young reporters need to be groomed and trained and not fired at the drop of a hat. We all make mistakes. It is all part of the process of learning and evolving both as an individual and a professional. It is a mistake, i agree, but firing her in this fashion would shatter her confidence, perhaps irreparably. The I&B Minister Prakash Javadekar should intervene and ask for her reinstatement.
