Israel’s (almost) 9/11! Your leaders will not say this publicly because the consequences are too hard to imagine, but the current war against Hamas prevented a massive global war. As Israel uncovered Hamas’ underground cities, we also uncover the “big plan”, the “Israeli 9/11” that was just around the corner Hamas planed invading Israel via 50 different tunnels. 1000s terrorists, showing up in 50 different civil locations in the same time, in order to kill and kidnap as many Israelis as possible all this with massive missile attack to support them. The result of such terror attack would have been by far more dramatic than the 9/11 tragedy. I’ll spell it out: we are talking about many 1000s of victims, worse than Israel’s yom-Kipur war that was very close to start a nuclear war. Such event could have triggered a world-war scale event - exactly what Hamas and similar organizations wanted (global religious war). You have to understand, the ideology of Hamas is not local. It’s the ideology that wants women to seat at home with Burka and to have Jews, Muslims with different believe, and Christians stoned to death. We cannot eliminate this ideology but we must fight it as hard as we can. If you ask yourself why no one is trying (for real) to end this war – it’s because all these countries know that Hamas military power must be destroyed. I don’t think that Hamas will vanish, but Hamas need to learn the limitation of violence. I will be the first one to support a dialog with Hamas (and with anyone else that want to have a dialog with Israel). My hope is that Hamas will eventually move from terrorism to politics. (Like the PLO, IRA and many terror organizations did). Until Hamas will do so, Israel must fight Hamas with all its power. The Israeli army, and our amazing soldiers must defeat the Hamas terrorists, it’s your interest weather you are Israeli, Palestinian, European or American. Today, more than ever, fighting Hamas is fighting for peace. I’m working for peace every day.
