Albany...Columbia...Dutchess...Greene...Rensselaer...Schenectady... Ulster...Montgomery...Schoharie...Southern Fulton... Southern Saratoga. * From Thursday Morning Through Saturday Morning. * The Combination Of Nearly Saturated Ground...Elevated River Levels And Forecast Rainfall Amounts Of 1 To 4 Inches May Result In Widespread Flooding. Furthermore...Flash Flooding Is Possible In The Watch Area. * Rain Is Expected To Begin Thursday Morning And May Become Heavy At Times Thursday Into Thursday Night. Rivers And Streams Are Already High And Additional Rainfall Will Likely Bring These Levels Above Flood Stage. In Addition...Runoff Is Expected To Be Higher Than Usual Due To The Nearly Saturated Ground Resulting In More Widespread Flooding.
