It is forecast to move West Northwest at 10 kph. Forecast: Bicol Region, CALABARZON and the provinces of Romblon, Mindoro, Marinduque, Antique, Aklan and Capiz will experience stormy weather. While, metro manila and the rest of visayas and the provinces of pampanga, zambales, bulacan, bataan and calamian group of islands will have rains with gusty winds with moderate to rough seas. The rest of the country will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms.
