† It Will Be Well † But Jesus on hearing this answered him, “Do not fear; only believe, and she will be well.” Luke 8:50 ESV Jairus, who had a twelve-year-old daughter that lay in bed dying, came and fell at Jesus’ feet and begged Him to come heal her. Jesus went with him and on the way someone met them and told them “Your daughter is dead.” Jesus told him, “Do not fear; only believe, and she will be well., and his daughter was made well. This was a difficult test for Jairus, but afterwards he had a testimony and I am sure it contained these words: “Do not fear. Do believe, and it will be well.” There will always be those that will tell you things contrary to what God tells you. When the Lord has spoken to you, hang onto it and do not listen to the negative voices. No matter what circumstance you face today, these words hold eternal power that you can claim for your very own. Do not give into fear. Believe the word of God. It will be well.
