It absolutely shocks me on how some people react and how unprofessional they are in stressful times during a real estate transaction and Im not talking about the buyer, seller or either agents. Man I thought title companies needed our business. I sure know one that I will not be using again. Its all about referrals people and giving bad business will definitely not bring anyone back to you. Sad how people act sometimes but at least my buyers the other agent and sellers are all on the same page and are all good :) (Just my 2 cents for tonight)
