It amazes me as a country we believed the banking system crisis was bigger than the African American crisis. I mean they couldve shared headlines like: We are talking millions homeless, Companies wont be able to get credit to survive, families in ruin, systematic economic instability that causes institutional failure in a domino effect style , and overall cultural chaos. It is awe inspiring, how the banking system had damn near 77% of the American population thinking help us or we gon destroy everything you hold dear and in under a year America forked over damn near 1 trillion dollars outta fear. Really, as a country we couldnt survive a year or even ten yrs of economic unrest but we can survive 60+ years African American economic, educational, family, and cultural degradation on a continual decline???? And realistically how is this balanced out? Is the prison industrial complex, special education departments, the law enforcement sector, and public assistance agencies enough to keep America afloat as black america dangles below the American economy, in essence, eating away at the seed corn of the American Harvest? Or does Black America need a government take over, a bailout, and a few mergers?
