Uses Of English theme: CASES ** A case is the position of a noun/pronoun in a sentence. -They are three cases in grammer * Subjective case * Objective case *Possessive case e.g REGINA is here to stay *somebody wants to see REGINA * REGINAS car is very beautiful when replaced with pronoun, it should be as follows * SHE is here to stay * somebody wants to see HER * HER car is very beautiful. Subject case | I | we| you| she|he|it|they| Objective case |me|us|you|her|him|it|them possessive adjective |my|our|your|her|his|its|their possessive pronoun |mine|ours|yours|hers|his|its|their RULES OF CASSES IN GRAMMER. - When a noun or pronoun is coming after preposition, it should be in the objective case. E.g * stop pointing finger at US * stop looking at HER * we are refering to THEM When a noun or pronoun is coming after a comparism, such as (than, as) it should be in subjective case. E.g * she speeks morthan US * We behave as THEY - When a noun or pronoun is coming after the verb TO BE (is, an, was, me, were, bein, been), it should be in the subject e.g * Its I whoAM knocking * Its they who ARE responsible * Its WE whor ARE responsible * It is I who AM responsible. Hope u still know our rules when we use capital latters. It indicates what we are refering to. Enjoy. I havent see any encouragement in the group with all all the population. Is not encouraging. Next thing should be text. Hope we are all ready? #AMBITION
