It amazes me on what goes on in Kitui district or call it county.....Some time back some body used to drop Garbage on some roads around Ikutha town and on the way to Kasaala town. As if this was a kind of joke or someone becoming mad, now again they have gone further and dubbed it again but haphazardly now on dry river beds on your way along Kaziko and Mutha road. Can some body tell me whats going on and who are these people who drive their trucks all the way from Nairobi or Msa with all these garbage loads and dumb them unnoticed? and also is there any report out there from what Nema might have concluded since i saw them in Ikutha town the other day to follow up on this or else were they on their routine tour of our blessed county. Another thing i just noticed a contractor along the dilapidated Kitui Kibwezi road, whereby from somewhere at Ikutha town and after thye went trying or practicing gravel works only after exiting at Athi town Just after the bailey bridge they then commenced what now i would call an official road works leaving me to wonder who paid what and what was supposed to be done where and under whose supervision does this responsibility lie with.
