It can be done,in fact, in many streets of Cebu!!! DPWH, lets do this, lets start designing our roads for people too, and make sure to make drawings first them show the people what you intend to do..By doing this, you make the neighbourhood proud of their area, and economically, you help eradicate poverty..by giving equitable access to all walks of life, specially those who cannot afford cars, who by the way are the majority of our people.! Lets give our citizens their rightful dignity as well...
