It feels like I have spent the last two days trying to pay my quarterly TRASH Hauling bill! I usually just log in and pay it online. Been trying that for the last 2 days, no combo of username password I could think of would work. So it hold I would just pay by phone. Called yesterday, got a recording which told me how painfully long their wait time was but I could leave my name and number and get a call back. SWEET! I spent the rest of the day with my bill and checkbook nearby ready to make that ole payment. (If you dont pay they just stop picking up your trash and you are publicly shamed, and all your neighbors think youre a deadbeat who cNt even pay $37 every 3 months.) but like a jilted teenager, I waited by the phone for nuthin. Just now I did a search in my email, cuz sometimes I mail my passwords to myself and there it was! And I logged in. It instantly made me go thru the steps to select a new password. Which it rejected, of course, because it was one I had used before. Seriously? Now I have changed to something so obscure I will never remember it again. But finally, I am in my account! Now, go to view bill.... And it says I have no bills due on any account. Is it too early to start drinking?
